Dernice Bonds is Transforming Lives Through Expert Guidance & Strategic Support
For nearly three decades, Dernice has dedicated her life’s work to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Nursing, she has extensive experience in community social services, crisis intervention, and healthcare leadership. But beyond her credentials as a social service worker and a registered nurse, her journey has been shaped not just by her professional training, but by real-life experiences. Dernice has personally walked through some of life’s most difficult moments—moments that have given her deep insight into the struggles, fears, and triumphs that come with major life transitions.
Dernice understands what it feels like to need guidance, reassurance, and genuine support in various stages of life. This is why Dernice Bonds founded Bonded with Purpose and Promise, LLC—because she believes that no one should have to navigate life’s biggest moments alone. Although, not all life moments are painful, Dernice believes that very often our life's power is discovered in our pain.
